TMZ reports that Tiny has confirmed the incident. During visits inmates are allowed to kiss at the beginning and end of visits. They are also allowed to hold hands but the hands must remain visible..Tiny's weren't lol. T.I was immediately reprimanded and sent to a "Special Housing Unit" that has more security and less freedom.
