Radar Online reports that Chris Brown's neighbors aren't feeling him. Breezy recently moved into his $1.75 million 3,000 square foot 3 bedroom 3-and-a-half bathroom West Hollywood condo he purchased a while ago and sources tell Radar Online that he is driving his neighbors nuts with loud music and visitors at all hours of the night.
"Chris Brown is a problematic tenant, to say the least,” the source says. “He has his posse traipsing around until the late hours of the night, he’s loud and totally disrespectful of his neighbors."
"He’s driving the other tenants in the building crazy. The vast majority of the residents are professionals and they work during the day, so it’s important to them to get some rest at night and that’s proving difficult with the noise that’s being generated."
“The building isn’t meant to be some kind of party house, the residents don’t want that and they don’t want to live in that kind of environment."
“It’s crazy,” the source says. “He just moved in around a month ago and he’s already received a warning. The tenants are just really worried – if he’s like this straight off the bat, they wonder if it's going to get any worse."It know Breezy is having fun with this. He probably plays his music even louder since he knows they can't stand him. In other news, Hits Daily Double reports that F.A.M.E's first week sales were to the tune of 273,346 making it #1 on the billboard charts. First week sales for this album are nearly triple from the first week sales his of December 15, 2009 release of Graffiti, which saw first week sales of around 109,000. Graffiti was released 10 months after his incident with Rihanna. On a brighter note, it's good to see that Chris is back on top. His #TeamBreezy definitely goes H.A.M. for him.
