Last night Diddy-Dirty Money's "Coming Home Tour" stopped in NYC. During opening act Lloyd's set, he surprised fans by bringing former Murder Inc. label mate Ashanti on stage to perform their 2004 duet "Southside". The DJ then dropped the track to the Ja Rule hit "Always On Time" where Ashanti began to sing the hook. When it came time for Ja's verses, Ja appeared on stage and the crowd went WILD!!. People may talk about Ja now, but there is no denying that he made NUMEROUS hits and was the man at one point. Ja also debuted his new single "Real Life Fantasy" and ended the set embracing his former label mates with hugs stating "I love my family."

Also Check out Diddy's set where he brings out Black Rob(to perform his hit "Whoa"), Q-Tip, and Faith Evans. The crowd erupts when Black Rob comes out. That just goes to show that you don't have to stay in the limelight to have an effect on people. All you really need is one hit song or album that folks will remember.
