Back in May reports surfaced that Basketball Wives Tami and new cast mate Meeka had gotten into a fight in an Italian night club. Meeka immediately took to her twitter to refute the claims that she got her a** whooped by Tami.
In the preview for next week's episode it shows Tami and Meeka arguing and then a fight occurring but you can't really tell who's fighting (although I do remember it looking like Suzie was caught in the fight too). I do know that I saw Shaunie's a** standing over in the corner just watching the whole thing go down.
It's clear now that it was in fact Meeka and Tami and Meeka has now decided to sue Tami for assault.
According to TMZ:
According to the lawsuit, filed yesterday in New York, Tami "assaulted, battered, beat, threatened, menaced, attacked, jumped on, pushed to the ground, thrashed, punched, and shoved" Meeka ... causing serious injury.
Meeka wants Tami to cough up unspecified damages, claiming the incident cost her a day of filming -- and put her through an emotional and physical hell.
Tami claims she was unaware of the lawsuit, tweeting:
All I have to say is that Meeka had that a** whooping coming since day one. I don't know a single person who is a fan of hers. And she's always greasy looking which I never understand.
