Last night former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland to perform her smash single "Motivation". Despite the song being #1 for four weeks, this is only her second time performing the song since releasing it earlier this year. Kelly was accompanied by background dancers and background singers Lonny Bereal (which Kelly is featured on his single "Favor" listen here) and Marques Anthony (Jamie Foxx's artist).
