Funny man Kevin Hart has filed for divorce from his wife of almost eight years Torrei. The divorce docs state that the couple have been seperated since February 5, 2010. The couple have two children Daughter Heavenly and son Hendricks. Hart cites irreconsilable differences as the reason for the split and he is asking for joint custody of their children as well as his soon to be ex not be able to take their children out of California without his permission.
Kev also ain't tryin to give up no spousal support either.
Ehhhhh.
