Lil Kim Gets Booted Off Monica's Single

Last week Monica debuted her new single "Anything (To Find You" Feat Lil Kim & Rick Ross. In a recent interview with The Lil' Kim Fan Club Show Kim addressed the question of why her verse was so short on the track and she stated that her verse was shortened to make room for Rick Ross. Kim accepted that saying that another version with her full verse was going to be released. The song debuted on the billboard charts this week at #71 and Lil Kim's name was nowhere to be found on the track. When asked about why Kim got booted, a source from Monica's label (J records) told Billboard.com that Kim was removed because of contractual issues.

When Monica got wind of what happened to took to her twitter to express how upset she was and she reveals that the reason Lil Kim was removed was because the sample of B.I.G's "Who Shot Ya" was not cleared.

R&B singer Monica has been busy lately planning her official wedding to husband Laker guard Shannon Brown. The pair eloped back in November and now newlyweds are planning are having an official ceremony with family and friends this Saturday.

Between being a mother, a new wife, and planning a wedding Monica has still found the time to work on her next album New Life, and has dropped the official first single "Anything (To Find You)" feat Rick Ross and Lil Kim. The song is an uptempo track and features a sample of Notorious B.I.G.'s "Who Shot Ya". New Life Drops October 4th.

Twitter Beef: Lil Kim vs. Keyshia Cole

Yesterday BET announced the 2011 BET Awards nominations and r&b singer Keyshia Cole took to her twitter account to express her disappointment in not being nominated for any awards. Lil Kim fans as well as Lil Kim saw this as an opportunity to bash Keyshia for her "friendship" with Nicki Minaj. Kim claims that Keyshia wasn't being loyal by having Nicki on her track dissin' her Kim. Kim also states that the track her and Keyshia did together was a hit and the track Keyshia and Nicki did was a flop. Kim isn't wrong about that.

Nicki was featured on Keyshia's song "I Ain't Thru", which was the first single off of Keyshia's latest album Calling All Hearts. The single wasn't really a success on the charts and Keyshia herself has stated that it should've never been released as the lead single. Lil Kim was featured on single "Let It Go" the lead single off Keyshia's second album Just Like You. The song reached number 1 on billboard's R&B/hip-hop chart and also went platinum.

Lil Kim FINALLY Ships "Black Friday" Mixtapes

Every since Lil Kim dropped her Black Friday Mixtape on February 14th there has been heavy controversy surrounding it. Instead of giving the mixtape for free like most artist, she opted to sell the mixtape for $10, which u purchased through pay-pal. She then claimed that she broke pay pal records by selling over 110,000 copies in one day. No one has yet been able to verify if those numbers are true, all everyone know's is that they hadn't received the mixtape in the mail yet.

Well, to all you folks that  spent your $10 nearly 3 weeks ago, up above is your proof that your product has been shipped.

Lmao. I can't believe she had to post a picture of it. That's really so so sad. Who knows how long it will take for you to actually receive it. I say keep checking your mailbox for the next 7-10 business days.

The video comes after Lil Kim released her "Black Friday" mixtape on Valentine's Day and she claimed that she sold 113,000 copies of the mixtape in just 24 hours making her the highest earning person on paypal.
